Ballena Infocenter & Tours

Ballena Infocenter had its beginnings since August 2011 as an idea that came from the owner Paula Ramirez, who hoped to consolidate a tour operator in the area of Bahia Ballena where the main objective was educational marine tourism.

This is how she took an entrepreneurship course with FUNDES and MARVIVA where she was able to start building her business idea. From this point we first opened an account on the social network Facebook and gradually built the office in the center of Bahia, we have made the website for customers and have included several agencies and hotels within our preferred customers.

Now we are a virtual tourist travel agency on the area of Bahia Ballena, in addition to being a different and educational tour operator, which offers various tours of the area, and the information center offers lodging services, food, rent a car, among others.

The main characteristic of Ballena Infocenter is that it is environmentally committed both in the tours and in the office, with a very human and excellent customer service.
